Jesus Kingdom = Our Purpose

May we be a believing community that images the kingdom to our neighbors, our communities, our country, and the world.

May we be members of Jesus’ forever family who voluntarily give up the “best” seats to others.

May we be Christ-followers who, instead of clamoring to be first, insist at getting at the end of the line—that others who have been at the end can get ahead.

May we be people who use whatever power and influence we have to change unjust systems, to lift another up, to move barriers to access.

May we be like Jesus—who washed the feet of His disciples and commanded them (us) to do the same.
